Pokémon Charizard Distribution Is a Part of Global Exhibition Event

Pokémon Global Exhibition 2021 has come to an end, but special surprises prepared for players are still on their way. This time, Game Freak along with the Pokémon Company decided to distribute Charizard in Pokémon Sword and Shield as a way to celebrate the event that took place.

Pokémon Global Exhibition 2021 is a unique event that can be attended only by receiving an invite and it features numerous prominent Champions of the game. Leonardo Bonanomi, who is more known under the name llbona, has become the winner of this event and used Charizard during it. For this reason, this particular Pokémon has been selected for distribution. The way players can obtain this Pokémon is easy, as the developers created an exclusive gift code ‘GLOBALCHAMP2021.’ Players who use this code will be able to claim Charizard until November 3rd in Pokémon Sword and Shield.

To enter this code and get your Pokémon, you should go to the menu of Sword and Shield. In settings, you should choose ‘Mystery Gift’ and then click on ‘Get a Mystery Gift.’ When you do this, it’s necessary to choose ‘Get with Code/Password’ and type in ‘GLOBALCHAMP2021’ in the box to receive your Charizard. It will be added automatically when you close the menu.

Charizard that you will get in this way is level 100 with Timid Nature and it’s ready to compete. When it is in its Gigantamax form, it has the ability to pair with its options. Moreover, some of his useful moves include Hurricane, Blast Burn, Protect, and Heat Wave. If you want to make sure that your Charizard can be in its Gigantamax form, you should train and complete the story mode offered in Sword or Shield.
