Instagram Native iPad App: Will It Be Released?

Nowadays, iOS users can download Instagram on iPhone and enjoy using it without any issues. You may install the mobile app on your iPad. There is even a possibility to make posts, but the program is not accustomed to iPad image size. Therefore, you need to expand your photo or cut it, and it might not look as perfect as the original. The fans asked to create a native iPad app for more convenient usage.

The CEO of Instagram Adam Mosseri said that the idea was quite interesting. However, he noted that it wouldn’t appear on the market soon. So, this implementation is not a high priority for Instagram now. The company plans to allow people to make posts from the website version. Some users have trial access nowadays, but the question of why the native iPad app doesn’t exist is still without an answer.

According to Mosseri, "there’s a lot to do, and only so many people, so it hasn’t made the cut." Maybe, with more users’ requests to create an application for iPad, the situation will change. Now they seem to be more or less satisfied with the iPhone version.

There is good news for iOS users: Apple is working on improving its operating system, and iOS 15 is ready for usage now. It comes with many innovations, which include the ability to use the iPhone without expanding the screen with several apps open while you do multiple tasks at the same time.

You will also get the weather maps built-in. FaceTime now has the portrait mode together with the feature that allows creating spatial audio. The maps were updated too. Now you may set a focus time when you want to work, study, or sleep. It’s not the end of the list, and users now can enjoy this version for their iPhones.
